In brief: My first try wasn't so good. But this second time with the Goodfella sub, I was more pleased.

Depite the line, the wait wasn't so bad. I did acquire an eau de oil from the kitchen, which I hate. The Goodfella sub was satisfying for this mortadella lover, but the price is quite steep at $12 for a small-ish sub. Doesn't leave you hungry, but it's definitely artisanally sized. But the list of ingredients are as follows: Genoa Salami, Pepperoni, Mortadella, Mozzarella, Thai Basil, Giardiniera (Jalapeños, Hearts of Palm, Green Olives, Red Onions). It is indeed the Giadiniera that ties all the flavors together.
