In brief: I'm not a s'mores person but I could get into these

My friend Bryan has befriended the fabulous ladies behind Butter and Scotch who are in the process of opening up their first brick and mortar dessert and cocktail bar in Brooklyn. This translated to me getting a sample of their goods. The s'mores bar was decadent but not too sweet. And it really didn't taste like s'mores which I enjoy by a campfire but not really any time else.
