In brief: Always a crowd pleaser, the super thin rectangular pizzas at L'asso are delicate pieces of yum.

The DOC pizzas at L'asso are the main attraction so it's funny that you're looking at a picture of a salad, but the long rectangular flatness of the pizza makes it exceedingly hard to get a good shot. We had a merry lunch with Cassim and Jonathan of Urban Omnibus talking about how food might parlay into urban investigations of demographics, history, immigration trends and even architecture.
