In brief: This is one good pizza, and not enough people know about it, at least around Flatiron

We had been invited to try out Neapolitan Express' delicious pizzas back in last September, and ever since, wishing it would come to our neck of the woods. I wasn't expecting to see their truck but as soon as I did, well you know how that ended. The pizza was even more delicious than I remembered (I ordered the verde - with kale and olives), and with a relatively short wait time, just oh so very impressive. This truck must not be on anyone's radar because there was barely a line. I wanted to yell at everyone waiting in Cinnamon Snail and Nuchas food truck to get their ass over to the pizza truck.
