In brief: Change happens to everyone and everything and even neighborhood institutions like Once Upon a Tart are not immune to rising rents.
We stopped by this weekend, me and my sister, to have one last roast pork loin sandwich from Once Upon a Tart on its last day in Soho or elsewhere. The mood was melancholy but sweet. I picked up a handful of cookies and have been slowly munching on nostalgia these past couple of days.
