In brief: The comfort of white rice never fails to satisfy. 
There are many things that make us happy, like really great lunches, but nothing is so wonderful as a hot bowl of white rice. Pair that with sauteed string beans and twice cooked pork and you might as well be in heaven. As soon as walked into Homes today the smell of Chinese food gently descended upon us and I felt a-okay with the world.
