In brief: It's not that we haven't been by the newly opened Dos Toros at Park and 23rd, we just haven't blogged about it. But just as well because when it just opened, the grill hadn't acquired quite enough seasoning and our favorite pollo asado quesadilla was not up to the snuff of the other locations. Today, however, it's good again. 
Oh, and happy Cinco de Mayo! And spring! Yay!
